I am very pleased to announce that I have been approved to become the new Somerset Academy Girls Squad Coach for 2023/2024.
After working alongside our large junior section at Saltford and in particular working with Junior Organiser, Dave Owen, in providing weekly golf lessons on a Monday night for numerous junior golfers. The opportunity arose to take over as squad coach of Somerset Junior Academy Girls and this is something I jumped at.
Sessions will run across the winter with the goal to progress as many academy squad players into the Somerset Girls Futures Squad for 2024/2025.
I am also pleased to announce that I will be continuing my role as Putting Coach for Somerset U16 Boys Squad, a role I am very proud to be in. I will assist Lead U16’s Coach, Sam Hughes and Squad Manager, Brad Whittock to develop the U16 Somerset Team ready for the 2024 Season.
